Shipping policy

Each Cographica print is produced to order, signed by the photographer, and carefully packaged before dispatch.

• Production time: Please allow 10–14 days from purchase for your order to be prepared. This includes printing and signing.

• Shipping: We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom using reliable postal or courier services. Delivery times vary depending on destination and will be displayed at checkout.

• Packaging: Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size, securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

• Duties & taxes: For orders outside the UK, local import duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact contact@cographica.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
