Refund policy

We take great care to ensure every print is produced and shipped to the highest standard.
Each piece is printed on demand, signed, and limited in number, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@cographica.com with photographs of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
